Key Responsibilities

Diagnostics, Repairs & Recalls: Perform diagnostic, repairs and recalls at customers location

Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks including, but not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, and battery checks.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate directly with customers regarding repair needs, provide cost estimates, and explain services in a non-technical manner.
- Schedule Management: Efficiently manage daily travel routes and schedules to meet appointments on time.

Equipment & Documentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service vehicle. Accurately document services performed and parts used using computer systems.
