Repairs and tests mobile devices like smartphones, handling hardware fixes, diagnostics, and customer service in a retail or service-center setting.
Diagnostics & Testing: Test device hardware and software using diagnostic tools to find faults.
Hardware Repair: Replace cracked screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and housing components.
Advanced Repair: Perform micro-soldering and motherboard repairs when required.

Inventory Management: Track spare parts and manage repair logs or invoices.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of major mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and hardware structures.
Experience: Ranging from entry-level (with in-house training provided) to 1–2 years of hands-on device servicing.
Soft Skills: Good communication, patience, and attention to detail when handling delicate parts.
