Modem CPU Digital Design Engineer(5G/6G)

Design the 5G and next-generation modem processor with cost effective, high speed, and low power hardware performance. This position will develop the modem processor that optimized for modem system. Co-work closely with software and system architecture colleague to analysis the sweet point of system performance and low power. In this position, you will push the physical performance to next level and co-work with place-and-route (PAR) team resolving the bottleneck of speed and power.

Requirements

Job Skills & Qualification:
–_x0001_Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
–_x0001_Knowledge of digital IC design flow, including RTL coding, synthesis, setup/hold time analysis, clock tree, and DFT.
–_x0001_Knowledge of power analysis, including dynamic power, leakage power, power gating, clock gating, and DVFS.
–_x0001_Familiar with processor system, including processor pipeline architecture, cache operation, and AXI protocol.
–_x0001_Good English communication skill.
Preferred Qualification:
–_x0001_Ability to bring design concept to silicon.
–_x0001_Experience with foundry technology node, SRAM power and yield analysis, MBIST, and silicon testing.
–_x0001_Knowledge of PAR flow, including LVS, DRC, and IR drop.
–_x0001_Script development: Develop, test, and maintain scripts using Perl, Python, and Shell script to automate tasks and simulation behavior modeling.
–_x0001_Cross-site working experience.
Education: Master's Degree
