This role is open only to candidates currently residing in Malaysia who hold one of the following statuses:

Long-Term Social Visit Pass (LTVSP/Spouse Visa) holder with valid permission to work

Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T) holder

Malaysian Permanent Resident (PR)

No visa sponsorship is available for this role. Expatriate candidates who require an Employment Pass or any other employer-sponsored visa will not be considered.

The selected candidate will be eligible for a one-month contractual bonus, subject to the applicable employment terms and conditions.

We are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Software Architect – Microsoft 365 to design and deliver secure, scalable, and robust Microsoft 365 migration solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end Microsoft 365 migration solutions, including Exchange Online and related services.
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder sessions to assess existing environments and define migration requirements.
• Develop migration strategies, wave plans, coexistence models, cutover approaches, and post-migration support frameworks.
• Prepare effort estimates, solution plans, cost models, and migration roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, security, compliance, and operational readiness throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend migration tools, automation approaches, and industry best practices to accelerate delivery and minimise business disruption.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across migration programmes, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Mentor and guide solution architects, migration consultants, and technical teams on Microsoft 365 migration methodologies and architecture principles.
• Support user adoption and change management initiatives following migration.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 migration architecture.
• Strong expertise in migration assessment, planning, execution, and governance.
• Proven experience in solution design, costing, and effort estimation.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise migration and modern workplace transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Must be currently residing in Malaysia.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen, eligible LTVSP/Spouse Visa holder, RP-T holder, or Malaysian Permanent Resident.
• Must already have valid permission to work in Malaysia without requiring employer-sponsored visa processing.
