Module Process/Product Development Engineer (產品模組及組裝製程開發工程師)

Job Description:

• Process and product development, yield improvement, and production process troubleshooting
• Working with R&D team in the US on product performance and/or yield improvement, including new material and new design qualification
• Product yield improvement, monitoring, and troubleshooting, in daily basis, through data analysis, IQC/IPQC, SPC system, etc.
• To plan and manage the projects on transferring AirJet® Min production to outsourcing partners for product manufacturing

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial product and/or semiconductor module assembly development and production
• Knowledge on module process, materials, and tool design (lamination, dispensing, film type and liquid type epoxy, flex bonding, tool automation, etc.)
• BS/MS in EE, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, and relevant fields
• Familiar with engineering data analysis tools, such as JUMP, Matlab, excel, etc.
• Fluent English communication and teamwork spirit
