This is a hybrid origination opportunity. Our client delivers consistent volume of leads: pre-qualified borrowers through their digital platform. You work them, close them, and if you've built your own referral network, bring that too. Just sales, service, and closing — with a company that's investing in your growth.
What You'll Do
Manage a consistent pipeline of leads from our client's marketing engine
Guide borrowers from application through closing with a consultative, high-touch approach
Respond quickly - speed-to-lead is everything in this model
Stay organized and follow up relentlessly - your pipeline is your business
Build your own referral base in parallel - it's encouraged, not discouraged
Represent Our client with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm on every call

Who We're Looking For
Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license required
At least 1 year of residential mortgage origination experience
Exceptional communicator - confident on the phone, clear and professional in writing

Sharp multi-tasker with strong organizational and follow-up skills
