Motion Designer / Graphic Designer (iGaming)

We are looking for a talented and fast Motion Designer / Graphic Designer with proven experience in the iGaming industry for project-based collaboration.
Our priority is creating high-converting promo creatives, banners, and motion ads for casino products.
If we match well from the start, we are ready to provide a stable flow of tasks and move to long-term cooperation.

Responsibilities
Create static and animated promo banners for bonuses, tournaments, offers, and casino campaigns
Produce eye-catching motion creatives and short promo videos for traffic acquisition channels (Facebook, PPC, Telegram, etc.)
Adapt existing creatives to multiple formats and sizes (Desktop, Mobile, Stories)
Work with casino-style visual elements - slots, gold, chips, neon, particles, sparks, smoke, dynamic typography
Generate and integrate AI-generated backgrounds and characters into final creatives
Create dynamic motion graphics with strong visual impact and high CTR focus

Requirements
Mandatory experience in iGaming / Gambling niche
Strong understanding of casino visual style and promo mechanics
Experience creating high-converting advertising creatives
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or analogues)
Understanding of marketing and performance creatives
Ability to create not just “beautiful visuals”, but creatives that attract attention and drive clicks
Experience working with AI tools for image/background generation is a strong plus
Ability to work fast without losing quality

Portfolio with gambling/iGaming cases is mandatory. Applications without relevant examples (banners, videos, promo creatives) will not be considered.
