We bring strategy, creative, content, performance, technology and production together through one accountable team, with strong experience in real estate and work across other sectors.

We look for people who understand the business behind the brief, contribute ideas, take ownership of delivery and connect their work to client objectives.

The role

Translate brand and campaign ideas into effective motion-led communication, working to shared functional quality standards.

What you will do

- Translate scripts, storyboards and design assets into clear motion pieces.

- Use timing, typography, transitions and sound purposefully to support the message.

- Adapt approved work for channel formats and deliver organised, technically correct files.

- Explain creative choices, incorporate feedback and keep production commitments.

How to apply

Apply with your CV and examples relevant to this role. For portfolio-based roles, share a link or sample reference and explain your own contribution. The process includes a recruiter discussion, role-relevant review or practical assessment and a final interview. Relevant capability and evidence of your work matter. Real-estate experience is useful for accounts in that sector.

Employer: Koffeetech Software Private Limited.

- A motion portfolio that makes your own role in each piece clear.

- Demonstrated motion craft, storytelling and production-tool capability.

- Ability to follow a brief, handle revisions and prepare reliable final exports.
