Job Responsibilities
- Handle accident claims reporting and prepare all necessary claim documentation accurately and promptly.
- Liase with customers, insurance companies, and workshops to coordinate and facilitate the claims process.
- Monitor and follow up on claim progress to ensure timely resolution and provide updates to customers.
- Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with company policies and insurance procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accident claims reporting or motor insurance claims handling.
- Good understanding of motor insurance claims procedures and documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
