Motor Mechanic
Overview
We're hiring Motor Mechanics for our motor repair shop in Pasco, WA.
You'll tear down large motors of every kind, electric, diesel, and industrial pumps, diagnose what failed, and help customer service build the repair quote.
After teardown, the crew refurbishes each unit; it comes back to you for final testing before it ships to the customer. You'll also regularly work on gearboxes, bearings, drive trains, hoists, and conveyor systems.
Why Join Us
- Skill development: No electric motor experience needed — we train.
- Day-one benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision from your first shift.
Compensation

What You'll Work On
