Your role and responsibilities

Leads the Marine & Ports Project Management team by developing project management capabilities, ensuring successful execution of customer projects, and driving continuous improvement of project management standards, practices, and business performance.


The work model for the role is: hybrid.

You will be mainly accountable for:

1. Lead and Develop the MP PM Team

  • Coach, mentor, and develop project managers, driving capability growth, engagement, and high performance.

2. Ensure Successful Execution of Customer Projects

  • Ensure projects are executed in line with the PM Framework and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

3. Build Strategic Stakeholder Partnerships and Drive Growth

  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, local PMOs, and customers to ensure successful project delivery, strengthen customer relationships, and support sustainable business growth.

4. Strengthen PM Excellence and Delivery Capability

  • Foster continuous improvement of project management practices, promote PM Framework compliance, and drive enhancement of project execution capabilities through lessons learned and best-practice sharing.


Qualifications for the role:

  • At least bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Several years of experience managing and delivering customer projects ideally in Marine & Ports, Automation, or a similar industrial environment.

  • Solid understanding of project management principles, project execution, risk management, and commercial awareness.

  • Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating project teams and supporting the development of project managers.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and stakeholders across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Service, and local PMOs.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to drive project execution, manage priorities, and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent in English.
