Hiring: Microsoft Fabric Core Lead Engineer

Experience: 6 to 10+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Fabric Core Lead Engineer to design and deliver enterprise-scale data engineering and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Microsoft Fabric solutions.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric Data Factory, Lakehouse, and Spark Notebooks.
• Work with OneLake, Data Warehouse, Direct Lake, Power BI, and Real-Time Intelligence.
• Optimize SQL, Python, PySpark, and Spark workloads.
• Implement data modeling, governance, security, and performance best practices.
• Manage CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Lead engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor developers.

Required Skills:

• Data Engineering and Data Warehousing.
• Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform.
• SQL, Python, PySpark, and Spark optimization.
• Lakehouse, OneLake, Pipelines, Notebooks, and Direct Lake.
• Power BI, ETL/ELT, dimensional modeling, and ADLS.
• Azure DevOps/GitHub and CI/CD.
• Technical leadership and team mentoring.

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Fabric certifications: DP-600 / DP-700.
• Azure Data Engineer certification: DP-203.
• Azure Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Microsoft Purview, or Azure AI Services.
