Multi Family Plumbing Foreman – Join Our Growing Team!
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects.
- Plan daily and weekly work activities to meet production schedules and project milestones.
- Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, specifications, and job scopes.
- Coordinate work with general contractors, other trades, inspectors, and internal project teams.
- Ensure installations meet company quality standards, local codes, and project requirements.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and provide corrective direction to crews.
- Verify materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used.
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
- Complete daily reports, time tracking, material usage, and progress documentation accurately.
- Train, mentor, and develop journeymen and apprentices by setting clear expectations, providing constructive feedback, and leading by example in work ethic, attitude, and professionalism.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive jobsite culture that reflects Freije’s standards and core values.
- Serve as Freije’s primary field representative on assigned projects by proactively communicating with customers and project stakeholders.
- Address issues promptly and professionally with a solutions-focused mindset while protecting Freije’s reputation through quality work and respectful interactions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience.
- Prior experience leading crews or acting as a foreman or lead plumber.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drawings, and installation practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Desire to continuously improve.
