About the role

Join Marriott International, the world's leading hospitality company, as a Multi-Proeprty IT Specialist. Reporting to the Multi-Property IT Manager, you will support the technology operations across three iconic Gold Coast properties: JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa, AC Hotel by Marriott Gold Coast, and Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and technology infrastructure across the cluster. Working closely with associates and leaders at each property, you will deliver exceptional technical support, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, and contribute to technology initiatives that enhance both operational efficiency and the guest experience.

Critical Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for IT systems, networks, servers, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, applications, networks, and telecommunications.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and IT security controls.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT equipment and infrastructure.
• Deliver end-user training and support to ensure effective and secure use of technology.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and backup procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT operations and guest service.

Successful Candidates will have

• Previous experience in an IT support, systems administration, or hospitality technology role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, Microsoft environments, and end-user support.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and provide support across multiple properties and stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Experience working with vendors, service providers, and technology projects.
• A commitment to maintaining system security, data integrity, and operational continuity.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's licence and flexibility to travel between properties as required.
