Responsibilities
- - Gather and document business, functional, and operational requirements across Murex projects, sustainment activities, and production support processes. - Analyze current-state workflows, system usage, and data flows to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. - Facilitate workshops with business, operations, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and validate findings. - Translate business requirements into functional and high-level technical specifications aligned with Murex capabilities and operating model objectives. - Support current-state assessments and target-state design by documenting processes, dependencies, integrations, and business impacts. - Contribute to gap analysis, prioritization of recommendations, and development of implementation roadmaps supporting the future-state operating model.
SKILLS
Must have
- - 6-9 years overall relevant experience as a BA in Techno-Functional space. -Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst within Murex. -Strong understanding of capital markets workflows, including front-office, operations, risk, finance, and trade lifecycle processes. - Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from multiple stakeholder groups. - Experience conducting process mapping, workflow analysis, gap assessments, and requirements traceability. - Working knowledge of Murex modules, interfaces, data flows, configurations, and end-to-end platform processes. - Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Murex implementation, upgrade, transformation, or Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives. - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and requirements management tools. - Understanding of Murex support models (KTLO/BAU), release management, and production support processes. - Experience working across vendor, business, and technology teams in complex financial services environments.
