MyP&O Operations Analyst
Job Description:
What are we looking for?
Relevant work experience in shared service setting
Experience working within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision
Ability to identify the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and make decisions based on factual information
Great communication skills
What will be your key responsibilities?
Responsible for delivering comprehensive human resource services that cover diverse talent management processes and transactions.
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the service center, technology, and transaction processes.
Establish standardized procedures for handling associate inquiries, transactions, and the administration of systems and processes.
Coordinates services with P&O Program managers, Process owners, and technology experts to ensure a seamless and effective P&O experience for all stakeholders.
