Nail Tech
Provides each guest with excellent customer service while performing professional nail, hand and foot treatments and selling retail products that best fit the guests’ needs.
- Provide a variety of individualized nail services and treatments, including hand and foot massage, manicure, pedicure, nail care and polish application
- Maintain up to date knowledge of nail care, maintenance and products
- Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members
- Communicate and describe salon offerings, including pricing, and their benefits
- Recommend and up-sell services and products that fit the guests’ needs
- Demonstrate respect, sensitivity and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner
- Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival, and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy
- Maintain clean, organized work area whit adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Prior customer service experience.
- Prior nail treatment experience.
- Prior Hotel/Casino Experience preferred.
- Must hold license from Virginia State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
