Responsibilities:
- Perform precise manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments (gels, acrylics, dips, nail art).
- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and nail health.
- Apply polish, designs, and enhancements with creativity and skill.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sterilization of tools and workstations, adhering to health codes.
- Recommend nail care products and services, including home care advice.
- Stay current on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
- Manage client appointments and build strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Upsell retail products and additional salon services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in various nail services.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
