National Product Manager - Traffic

About the Role

This role oversees the Traffic product line’s launch and day-to-day management, including implementation and operational performance. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, operations, procurement, and asset management teams to achieve commercial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead strategic planning and market research for the Traffic product line in Australia and New Zealand; identify customer needs, competitor gaps, and emerging trends; translate insights into product specifications and scalable operational models.
• Establish supplier networks for installation, maintenance, and transport; develop asset management processes; create safety documentation (SWMS/SOPs); manage implementation timelines and cross-functional collaboration.
• Build comprehensive marketing strategy; lead technical marketing programs (SEO, SEM, social media, EDM); oversee creation of marketing collateral.
• Develop operational procedures for vehicle hire; ensure all branches and sales staff are trained on product features, processes, and systems; provide ongoing support materials.
• Create sales tools and training programs; work with regional leaders to drive awareness, adoption, and KPI performance.
• Develop pricing strategy aligned with market dynamics and profitability; manage rollout of pricing tools and training across the business.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver profit targets; develop business cases for investment decisions; ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and risk mitigation in both markets.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years Traffic products experience
• Product management expertise with proven launch and scaling success
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
• B2B marketing strategy, pricing, and segmentation knowledge
• Ability to build and implement processes across distributed teams
• Business case development and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environments
