National Sales Head Company: Bacchus World Spirits Job Location: Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab, India Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented National Sales Head to lead and drive alcohol sales across India, develop state-wise sales strategies, and strengthen our distribution network. Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive national-level sales for liquor and alcoholic beverage brands across multiple states in India. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market expansion targets. Build and manage strong relationships with state distributors, C&F agents, channel partners, and key stakeholders. Possess strong knowledge of state-wise Excise Policies, liquor regulations, label registration and approval processes, and licensing requirements. Understand state-specific taxation, pricing structures, and compliance requirements applicable to the liquor industry. Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution networks across Indian states. Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and state-wise business opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches, regulatory approvals, and business operations. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in senior-level sales leadership within the Liquor / Alcoholic Beverages / Spirits Industry. Strong understanding of the Indian alcohol market and state-wise excise regulations. Practical knowledge of label approvals, product registrations, pricing, taxation, and distributor management. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, manage regional/state sales teams, and achieve national business targets. Strong industry connections and experience in managing multi-state liquor sales operations.
