National Sales Manager - Unsecured Business Loans

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive national sales, sourcing, and disbursement targets.

- Build and expand business through DSAs and Connectors.

- Lead and manage RMs, ASMs, and Sales Managers across India.

- Strengthen channel partnerships and expand into new markets.

- Monitor sales performance, channel productivity, and business growth.

- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure quality sourcing and smooth disbursements.

Ideal Profile:

- Proven track record in DSA and Connector-led business sourcing.

- Strong leadership experience managing multi-level sales teams.

- Established DSA and Connector network across India.

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
