Seeking a strong supervisor with expertise in Telecommunications fixed infrastructure.

As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Oversee site deployment and maintenance to meet specifications.
• Lead field teams for efficient project execution.
• Plan projects to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage vendors and procurement activities.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess infrastructure needs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for tracking and reporting.
• Foster positive customer relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

What we are looking for?

• Civil experience
• Capable of understanding rod and rope practices.
• Experience with NBN and or Telstra Works
• Capable of supervising field resources.
• Construction experience preferred.
