.NET Developer – Technical Lead

About the role
We are looking for an experienced .NET Technical Lead to lead application development and integration activities for enterprise/public-sector digital applications in Singapore. The candidate should have strong hands-on .NET development experience together with exposure to Singapore Government platforms and digital services.
Key responsibilities
Lead the design and development of .NET applications and services.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Review solution designs, application architecture and technical specifications.
Develop and review C#, ASP.NET Core, APIs and integration components.
Lead integrations with Singpass, Corppass, MyInfo, OneMap, eNETS, GCC and related platforms.
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding, security and quality standards.
Troubleshoot complex application, API, integration and production issues.
Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA, infrastructure and security teams.
Support SIT, UAT, deployment, production release and post-production activities.
Mentor developers and ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and quality standards.
About you
Minimum 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies.
Strong experience in C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core and Web API development.
Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale web applications and backend services.
Strong experience with REST APIs, system integration and microservices-based architectures.
Experience integrating with Singapore Government platforms such as GCC, Singpass, Corppass, MyInfo, OneMap, eNETS, 2FA / authentication services, and other WOG / Singapore Government digital services.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, API security and secure application development.
Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and strong SQL knowledge.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, application deployment and release-management practices.
Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience working on Government or public-sector applications in Singapore will be strongly preferred.
