Summary
Design, develop, test and support enterprise .NET applications and integrations for a Singapore-based government project: building REST APIs, backend services and SQL Server database components, resolving defects through SIT/UAT, and integrating with platforms like Singpass and Corppass.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, test and support enterprise applications and integrations for a Singapore-based project.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain .NET applications based on approved functional and technical requirements.
Develop APIs, backend services and system integrations.
Integrate applications with government and external platforms where required.
Develop database queries, stored procedures and related components.
Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
Analyse and resolve application defects.
Support SIT and UAT defect resolution.
Participate in code reviews and follow development standards.
Support application deployment and production releases.
Maintain technical documentation and work closely with cross-functional project teams.
About you
Minimum 5 years of hands-on .NET development experience.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET / .NET Core and ASP.NET Core.
Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
Good experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL.
Experience with web application development and enterprise application integration.
Understanding of authentication, authorization and application security.
Experience with Git and CI/CD processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Exposure to Singapore Government platforms such as GCC, Singpass, Corppass, MyInfo, OneMap, eNETS and 2FA is highly preferred.
Singapore Government/public-sector project experience will be an advantage.
