.Net Developer with Android
Speeron is the leading integration partner for the hospitality industry. We help hotels deliver a fully digital, seamless guest journey - from arrival to checkout - through smart automation, integrated guest flows, and new revenue opportunities. All experiences are powered by the Speeron NEXT platform.
We are a Swedish-based company, operating in an international environment and building our products on the foundation of Scandinavian culture - characterised by trust, openness, collaboration, and work-life harmony.
We're looking for an experienced .NET Developer with Android experience and an AI-first engineering mindset to help shape the future of digital hospitality.
As AI transforms software engineering, we expect every developer to actively leverage modern AI tools - not only to write code faster, but to design better solutions, automate repetitive work, improve quality, and continuously increase team productivity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You'll help build a modern hotel digital experience used by guests worldwide - covering check-in/out flows, guest portals, self-service kiosks, digital keys, and next-generation TV solutions delivered across web, mobile, and dedicated hardware.
You'll work hands-on across the stack:
Build .NET (C#) backend services, APIs and integrations
Develop solutions running on browsers, Android devices and kiosks
Build secure integrations with hotel systems and third-party services
Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives
AI-First Engineering
You'll also be expected to:
Use modern AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) as part of your daily development workflow
Build and maintain your own AI-assisted development workflows
Automate repetitive engineering tasks using AI agents
Critically review, validate and improve AI-generated code
Use AI to accelerate debugging, testing, documentation and refactoring
Experiment with new AI tools and share best practices with the team
Help us continuously improve how AI is used across engineering
We believe the best developers of today combine strong engineering fundamentals with effective use of AI.

Scandinavian work style
We operate a flexible, remote-first work model with approximately 80-90% remote work. We ask you to pop into the office once a month, and every two months we gather the whole team for technical sync-ups (great for brainstorming and catching up face-to-face!). The role also necessitates ad-hoc availability for on-site attendance, primarily for the purpose of laboratory equipment configuration and maintenance. This approach balances autonomy with the collaborative touchpoints essential for high-performing technical teams.
If you want to build next-generation hotel guest technology, we’d love to hear from you.
