.Net Fullstack Developer

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated .NET Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of professional software development experience to design, build, and enhance Azure-hosted applications supporting Global Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, modern frontend frameworks, cloud-native development, and DevOps practices. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and Microsoft technologies.
  
• Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and implement microservice-based solutions where appropriate.
  
• Build responsive, user-friendly web applications using Angular or React with TypeScript.
  
• Design and optimize relational database schemas, develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and ensure database performance.
  
• Develop Azure-hosted solutions leveraging Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure SQL.
  
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and Azure Entra ID.
  
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews to ensure solution quality and maintainability.
  
• Produce clean, reusable, well-documented code that adheres to enterprise development standards and best practices.
  

Cloud & DevOps

• Build, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services.
  
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate application deployments and improve release processes.
  
• Monitor application performance and proactively address reliability, scalability, and security concerns.
  

Quality Assurance

• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, Jest, or Jasmine.
  
• Participate in peer code reviews, static code analysis, and quality assurance activities.
  
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements and bug fixes.
  
• Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment documentation.
  

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders.
  
• Mentor junior developers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and code review feedback.
  
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  

Generative AI Adoption

• Utilize GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and other approved AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity.
  
• Create structured prompts for code generation, unit testing, documentation, debugging, and refactoring.
  
• Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code to ensure security, maintainability, and compliance with organizational coding standards.
  
• Promote responsible adoption of AI-assisted software development practices within the engineering team.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  
• 4–6 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
  
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and modern software development practices.
  
• Experience developing secure and scalable RESTful APIs.
  
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React using TypeScript.
  
• Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core, SQL, database design, and performance optimization.
  
• Experience developing cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services.
  
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), API security, and Azure Entra ID integration.
  
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise.
  
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kendo UI for enterprise web application development.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Azure Entra ID, including application registrations, RBAC, and enterprise identity management.
  
• Experience with document generation technologies such as Open XML (OOXML) and Aspose.
  
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep.
  
• Experience working within highly regulated or security-sensitive enterprise environments.
  
• Exposure to Global Asset Management, Banking, or Financial Services domains.
