This is a Hybrid position sitting in Middle Virginia and must have the ability to commute as needed.

About the Role

AVP SEES is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to support, maintain, and enhance our network infrastructure. This role will be responsible for managing existing networks, performing network upgrades, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring the reliability and security of network systems across the organization.


Travel Requirements: While this role is primarily remote, it is classified as a hybrid position due to occasional travel requirements. Employees may be required to travel to assigned clinic locations throughout Virginia for meetings, training, operational support, or other business needs. Travel is expected to be infrequent and will be scheduled in advance whenever possible. Employees must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the designated service area.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage, monitor, and maintain existing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and related hardware.
  • Support the daily operation and performance of corporate network environments.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Cisco networking equipment using Cisco CLI.
  • Administer and support Cisco Meraki network solutions, including wireless access points, switches, and security appliances.
  • Plan and execute network upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Troubleshoot network outages, performance issues, and connectivity problems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Help Desk team to resolve escalated networking-related incidents and service requests.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
  • Assist with implementing network security best practices and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in on-site support activities and travel as needed for network deployments, upgrades, or troubleshooting.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, Cisco CLI, and Meraki environments, along with a strong customer-service mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
