Network Engineer CCNA
Summary
Maintains and troubleshoots enterprise network infrastructure (routing, switching, connectivity) at the PT Bukit Asam site in Tanjung Enim, working with Cisco, Aruba, HPE and Ubiquiti devices, preparing MOP/CR documentation, and performing preventive maintenance. Cisco CCNA certification is mandatory.
Salary: Rp 6.500.000 – Rp 8.500.000 per month
Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Strong analytical and planning skills
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Familiar with Cisco Switch / Router, Check Point Firewall, Fortinet
Having relevant industry certification is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Have a positive attitude and good communication skill
Have Cisco CCNA (MUST)
Job Description :
Supported the operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure
Conducted network troubleshooting and incident resolution across routing, switching, and network connectivity to minimize downtime and maintain service availability.
Prepared and maintained Method of Procedure (MOP), Change Request (CR), and operational documentation for network changes and maintenance activities.
Supported preventive maintenance activities to improve network infrastructure stability, reliability, and service availability
