Network Engineer – Cisco Devices

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform DOA (Dead on Arrival) checks for Cisco routers, switches, and access points.
• Carry out staging activities for Cisco routers, switches, and APs prior to deployment.
• Perform device configuration, installation, and implementation activities.
• Support the installation and configuration of Cisco network devices at branch locations.
• Provide on-site technical support in coordination with the design architect.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network/device-related issues during installation and deployment.
• Validate device connectivity and configuration as part of the implementation process.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, branch teams, and other technical stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain as-built documentation and other relevant technical documentation.
• Ensure all deployment activities are completed according to the approved design and implementation plan.
• Provide support during testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and access points.
• Experience in Cisco device staging, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting network rollout/deployment projects.
• Good understanding of network infrastructure and implementation processes.
• Experience working on-site with network/design architects.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
