Contract engagement via FinXL (Randstad Digital) for a Network Engineer based in Sydney (CBD or work-from-home) supporting a client's operational stability, infrastructure enhancements, and network analysis/reporting. Core tech: SD-WAN, BGP/OSPF routing, L2/L3 switching, Cisco ISE, Juniper Mist, and Python/Ansible automation.

We are currently seeking a Network Engineer to support operational stability, execute infrastructure enhancements, and deliver high-level network analysis and reporting- Sydney CBD or Work from home
Skills and Experience
- Network Engineer experience
- Network Analysis & Reporting experience
- Complex Troubleshooting experience
- Experience in Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Experience in ITIL governance frameworks.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting SD-WAN platforms alongside core routing - BGP, OSPF and switching - L2/L3, VLANs, STP
- Experience in Cisco ISE - Access Control for endpoint authentication (802.1X), device profiling, and guest access.
- Experience in Juniper MIST AI-driven wireless and networking platform.
- Experience in Network Automation Including scripting skills - Python, Ansible for network inventory, configuration management, or automated health checks.
- Certifications: CCNP Enterprise, Cisco ISE Specialist, or equivalent would be an advantage
