We are currently seeking a Network Engineer with strong Cisco ACI - Sydney CBD and Work from home.
Skills and Experience
- Network Engineer background
- Cisco ACI experience
- Experience defining policy models, mapping NetFlow intent to device constructs and owning automated deployment strategies for Cisco ASA via CSM and Cisco ACI via APIC; lead canary rollouts and rollback playbooks.
- Experience designing canonical role/subnet/service object models and device translation rules for ASA/CSM and ACI/APIC.
- Experience validating and signing off candidate rules; lead passive and canary deployments.
- Experience producing runbooks, emergency rollback procedures and change control artefacts for automated pushes.
- Experience mentoring automation engineers on APIC payloads and CSM job design.
- Experience monitoring post‑deploy telemetry & authorising reverts when SLA thresholds exceed limits
- Experience with Cisco ASA, Cisco ACI and APIC REST/API models; practical CSM experience.
- Experience in the design and execution of enterprise firewall policy rollouts.
- Experience in troubleshooting and capacity planning skills.
- CCNP/CCIE or equivalent; experience with network automation frameworks.
