Network Engineer.
- Prepare network team MBOs.
- Provide technical direction to the staff to ensure the standards and procedures are followed.
- Prepare network diagrams and documentation.
- Evaluate new and emerging technologies.
- Actively involve with Head office Technology Network and Security teams in identifying and delivering key IT initiatives and projects.
- Provide onsite support to branches’ users if needed.
- Work closely with IT vendors to ensure solutions are delivered as per the business requirements.
- Adhere to bank's operational risk policy.
- Closely monitor SLA between Mashreq and IT vendors and ensure there is no breach.
- Maintain organized passive network environment (Cables/labels/port mapping/floor maps).
Participate in most of IT infrastructure projects.
- Provide full understanding and troubleshooting for routing and switching issues (OSPF,BGP,STP,HSRP,ACL,MPLS,DMVPN,NAT…etc).
- Responsible of most” Hands On “configuration on Mashreq Egypt Data/Voice Network and devices, ensuring changes are executed with minimum interruption to the business.
- Participate in Security related physical implementations.
- Voice/Video Architecture Implementation and support.
