Summary
Onsite Network Engineer in Bangkok providing day-to-day network support, troubleshooting, and on-site issue resolution for customers, plus vendor coordination and network documentation. Works with Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, and FortiGate equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing network support and troubleshooting for customers.
- Interact and negotiation with vendors outsource to secured network and serviced.
- Create and Maintain documentation of network configuration.
- Responsible for day-to-day operation issues.
- Troubleshooting on site.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a network or related role.
- Knowledge and experience Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, FortiGate.
- Good command in English especially communication skill.
- Network certification; CCNA, CCNP or related would be an advantage.
- Good team player, Problem Solvin, Logical Thinking.
