Summary
Design, secure, and maintain enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/VPN) and cloud connectivity while troubleshooting issues and ensuring uptime and compliance.

Qualification (minimum)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field.
Professional certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or equivalent.
Experience (minimum)
5-8 years of experience in enterprise network administration and support.
Job Description
* Designing, implementing, monitoring, securing, and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, performance,
and security of business-critical systems and communications
* Supports digital transformation initiatives, business operations, cybersecurity requirements, and future technology growth by providing stable and scalable
network services across offices, data centres, cloud environments, and remote locations.
* Design, implement, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Internet connectivity.
* Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues within agreed service levels
* Participate in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
* Support the Head in providing specifications of IT related projects in order to facilitate the technical evaluation and vendor selection process.
* Monitor and report network availability, utilization, capacity, security events, and SLA performance.
* Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Implement and maintain network security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, NAC, and network segmentation.
* Support cloud networking solutions in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments.
* Support for ISMS frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
* Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities.
* Manage data centre network infrastructure and connectivity between corporate, cloud, and offshore/remote locations.
Additional requirements
* Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, firewalls, VPNs, cloud networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Certified with CISCO, Palo Alto10
