1. Network Operations & Management
Configure, maintain, and optimize data center network infrastructure to ensure stability and high availability.
Manage switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot latency, packet loss, traffic anomalies, and connectivity issues.
2. Network Architecture & Maintenance
Support network architecture design, implementation, and optimization.
Perform regular network inspections, configuration changes, firmware upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
Maintain network security, access control, and related configuration standards.
3. Incident Response
Diagnose and resolve network incidents and service disruptions in a timely manner.
Conduct root cause analysis and prepare incident reports and corrective actions.
Support DDoS response, traffic management, and other network security incidents.
4. Documentation
Maintain network configurations, SOPs, change records, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation.
Support continuous improvement of network operation and maintenance processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Networks, Information Security, Communication Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of network operations, data center, or infrastructure experience.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, VXLAN, and related network technologies.
Hands-on experience with network equipment from Cisco, Huawei, H3C, Juniper, Ruijie, or similar vendors.
Familiar with firewalls and load balancing technologies such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, or Nginx.
Basic Linux administration skills; Shell or Python scripting experience is preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and incident response capabilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
CCNP, HCNP/HCIP, JNCIP, or similar certifications are preferred.
Experience supporting GPU clusters, HPC, or large-scale data center environments is an advantage.
