We are seeking a Network Enterprise Architect for an initial 6-month contract in Adelaide. You will lead strategic network architecture, design governance and assurance across major infrastructure transformation projects. Strong expertise in enterprise networking, Azure, data centres, SD-WAN, network segmentation and security is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise network architecture strategy, design and governance.
- Develop network standards, reference architectures and design patterns.
- Provide architecture assurance across major infrastructure projects.
- Oversee network segmentation, cloud and data centre architecture standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to support delivery.
- Identify architectural risks and ensure alignment with security and enterprise standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Network Architect in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in data centre networking, cloud networking (Azure preferred), SD-WAN, routing and switching.
- Experience with network segmentation, Zero Trust and high-availability architectures.
- Knowledge of network automation and Infrastructure as Code.
- Proven experience in architecture governance, design assurance and technical documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in government, healthcare or regulated environments is highly desirable.
- TOGAF knowledge is advantageous.
