Position: Network Engineer
Location: Jakarta

Role Summary & Responsibility:
Operate and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, internet, VPN, firewalls, and Wi-Fi. Ensure network availability, resolve incidents within SLA, and support network changes and projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of network engineering or operations experience.

• CCNA/CCNP-level networking knowledge or equivalent experience.

• Hands-on experience with BGP, FortiGate, enterprise Wi-Fi, routing, and switching.

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, NAT, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.

• Good troubleshooting, incident management, and English communication skills.

• Willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain network availability and performance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents within SLA.

• Perform network configuration changes, upgrades, and migrations.

• Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.

• Work with IT teams, ISPs, and vendors to resolve issues and support projects.

• Participate in 24/7 on-call support.
