Role: Network Security Automation
Location: Hybrid, Porto, Portugal
Required skills:
- 5+ Years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Python (networking libraries: Netmiko, NAPALM, PyEZ, Nornir),
- Bash/Shell scripting, YAML/JSON, Ansible and Jinja2 templating
- Automation Platforms: Experience with Ansible, Git version control, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Network Management: Netconf, Resconf, gNMI, gNOI, Vendor specific REST API
- Networking Protocols: Knowledge of Layer 2/3 protocols, Desidered overlay/underlay technologies, and security protocols.
- Monitoring and Observability: SNMP, NetFlow/sFlow, GraphQL, streaming telemetry
- Log analysis and correlation
- Desidered: Visualization tools (Grafana, Kibana, Coralogix, PowerBI, prometheus)
- Desidered: JIRA, Netbox, Netbrain, LogicMonitor, Netbackup
- Linux Environments: Experience in Linux system administration, including shell scripting, system configuration, and performance tuning. Ability to manage and automate tasks in Linux environments, integrating with network automation tools.
