📍 Location: Tanjong Katong (Nearest MRT: TE25)
💰 Salary: Up to $2,900 (Depending on Qualifications & Experience)

⏰ Working Arrangement: 24/7 Rotating Shifts (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot voice access network infrastructure to ensure smooth network operations.

• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution of network-related issues.

• Support network implementation, upgrading and improvement projects.

• Work closely with internal technical teams to investigate and resolve network incidents.

• Attend to 24/7 operational requests and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service standards.

• Maintain and administer telecommunications and IT equipment.

• Participate in standby and on-call duties, including responding to after-hours incidents.

• Maintain proper technical documentation and operational records.

Job Requirements

• Nitec in Computer Networking, Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and administration.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• CCNA certification will be an added advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on a 24/7 rotating shift arrangement.
