Summary
Coordinates and executes event activations (roadshows, marketing campaigns) for a financial services company, managing logistics, stakeholder communications, and post-event analytics to improve future operations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Support the planning, coordination and execution of roadshow activation activities, ensuring schedules, logistics, marketing materials and operational requirements are delivered on time.
· Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless execution before, during and after each roadshow or activation event.
· Prepare event documentation including briefing materials, activation timelines, operational checklists and communication plans to support successful event delivery.
· Manage the scheduling, deployment and attendance tracking of event ambassadors, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and operational readiness across activation locations.
· Monitor activation progress by maintaining trackers for ambassador deployment, agency participation, event milestones, issues and follow-up actions, escalating risks where necessary.
· Support event logistics and on-site preparations, including venue readiness, vendor coordination, marketing collateral and stakeholder communications.
· Consolidate post-event feedback, operational observations and campaign results to support performance reviews and continuous process improvements.
· Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and updates for project stakeholders, providing visibility on activation progress, key metrics and outstanding actions.
· Assist in developing and maintaining standardized templates, trackers and documentation to improve operational efficiency and support future activation initiatives.
· Provide day-to-day project coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of acquisition, partnership and marketing activation programmes.
· Adhoc tasks & projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum1 years of relevant experience
· Ableto start immediately or within short notice
