-NEW- Perm Corporate Actions Analyst/ Senior Analyst (Foreign Bank)

Job Responsibilities:

· Process corporate action income and events for Singapore and Hong Kong markets, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

· Perform reconciliation of custodian payment advices and process client payments in accordance with established procedures.

· Monitor and review custodian corporate action notifications, preparing and issuing client notifications for both mandatory and voluntary events.

· Consolidate client elections for voluntary corporate actions and submit accurate instructions to custodians within stipulated deadlines.

· Handle inbound and outbound corporate action instructions, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely execution.

· Liaise with custodians, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders to resolve income, corporate action, reconciliation, and payment-related queries.

· Perform timely and accurate data entry for corporate action and income processing while maintaining high data quality standards.

· Process commission fee postings and maintain fee waiver records where applicable.

· Prepare shareholder disclosure letters and related documentation in accordance with regulatory and operational requirements.

· Investigate operational issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.

· Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT),process enhancements, and ad hoc projects to improve operational efficiency and controls.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).

· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
