New Grad RN (Observation)
The Observation Unit at Ahuja Medical Center is a new floor that opened June 2023 and is a fast paced environment where you will be working directly with providers to assess patients and create a care pathway for them. The observation unit has 22 beds with a lower patient to nurse ratio of about 4/5\:1 with an average turnover rate of 24hrs.
