The Job:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance operations (preventive, predictive, and corrective)
- Ensure all machinery, utilities, and facilities are maintained at optimal performance levels
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement measures
- Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors
- Lead rapid response to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations,environmental standards, and company policies
- Vendor & Contractor Management
The Requirements:
- Min Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field with Min 6 years of relevant working experience and 2 years of supervisory experience
