• Develop and execute UAT and QA test plans, including scope, timelines, and entry/exit criteria.
• Review requirements, process flows, and user stories to ensure they are clear and testable.
• Design and maintain test scenarios and test cases aligned to Sales Advisory standards.
• Coordinate and support UAT execution with business stakeholders, tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Oversee functional, regression, and integration testing, and document test results clearly.
• Lead defect triage with internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely resolution and validation.
• Maintain consistent testing methodology, documentation, and reporting across initiatives.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance testing governance and efficiency.
