Duties and responsibilities of the Night Front Office Host/ess - Flexi Hours role
Ensure the smooth running of the Front Office during the night shift, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for all guests.
Provide a warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience while handling guest enquiries and requests promptly.
Complete required night audit procedures accurately, ensuring daily financial transactions are reconciled and reported.
Build positive working relationships with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed handover reports and communicate key information to the daytime team to ensure continuity of service.
About You
You are a driven hospitality professional who enjoys delivering outstanding guest experiences. You have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when working independently at night.
A natural problem-solver, you take pride in maintaining high standards of service, safety, and attention to detail. Previous experience in a hotel front office role is desirable.
