Night Host

JOB SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, acts as liaison to the manager for an elderly and/or Homeless, Transitional, Mental Health housing development/complex and performs certain specified tasks.

• Open doors for residents who lock themselves out of their apartments.
• Be on call for emergency situations and refer to the appropriate resources such as the Property Manager, Maintenance Coordinator, Fire Department, Medic, Police, etc.
• See that the building is secure.
• Distribute flyers, notices, etc., at the request of Property Manager.
• Report to the Property Manager any hazardous conditions at the development/ complex and other building problems.
• May leave the premises as needed provided the Property Manager is notified in advance, and flyers are posted accordingly.
• Light janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, garbage removal, and other as assigned by Property Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
