As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and the hotel at night. You’ll be joining a fun and inclusive team, where you can grow and strengthen your skills and experience.
What you'll do as a Night Porter...
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Be the first point of contact for late arrival check-ins and walk-ins.
- Ensure guest and business safety and security are the top priority at all times.
- In the event of a fire, safely and efficiently evacuate all guests and team members from the business.
- Answer telephone enquiries and resolve customer complaints to ensure every guest enjoys their stay.
