H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Night Receptionist to work at H10 Madison, in Barcelona
What you'll do
- Customer service.
- Check-in, check-out, and reservation management.
- Phone and email assistance
- Follow-up and resolution of guest complaints
- Management of agency credits
- Personalized guest service
- Support with the regular duties of the night audit
What we're looking for
- Availability for night shifts
- Immediate availability
- Responsible individual, capable of resolving issues and dedicated to guest service.
- Advanced English level. Other languages will be valued
- Previous experience in hotels with variable shifts.
- Knowledge of SAP
