NOC Engineer - (Only Cisco CCNA Can APPLY)

● Monitor network infrastructure, systems, and services 24×7 using network monitoring
tools.
● Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults and connectivity issues.
● Escalate complex incidents to senior engineers or relevant support teams as per
defined procedures.
● Perform first-level diagnosis of IP network problems and service outages.
● Track, update, and close trouble tickets within agreed service levels (SLAs).
● Monitor network performance, utilization, and availability to ensure optimal operation.
● Coordinate with field engineers, vendors, and customers during fault resolution
activities.
● Maintain accurate records of incidents, outages, and maintenance activities.
● Assist in implementing network changes, upgrades, and planned maintenance
activities.
● Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
● Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security policies, and quality
standards.
● Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network reliability and service
quality.
