We're Hiring: Content Designer (Conversational AI)
Do you have a passion for crafting seamless digital experiences through the power of words? Are you excited about designing conversations that help users interact naturally with AI-powered services? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
We're looking for a Content Designer to help shape engaging, intuitive, and user-centric conversational experiences across our AI and ChatBot platforms.
Hybrid or remote options can be considered.

What you'll do

• Design conversational flows, scripts, and dialogue structures that feel natural and helpful
• Create ChatBot content, FAQs, prompts, onboarding experiences, and user guidance materials
• Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice across all conversational channels
• Analyze user feedback and conversation data to continuously improve content effectiveness
• Support ChatBot training and optimization efforts through iterative content enhancements
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, AI specialists, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences

What we're looking for

• Experience in Content Strategy and UX Writing
• Strong skills in Conversation Design and user-centered content creation
• Knowledge of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Understanding of Information Architecture and content organization
• Excellent Copywriting and storytelling abilities
• Experience with User Research and content testing
• Strong multilingual communication skills are a plus
• knowledge of French or Dutch, and English
